Matt Turpin President & COO

Matt Turpin has 25 years experience in the electronics manufacturing industry and has held leadership positions in operations, quality and product development. He spent most of his career at Spirent Communications as vice president of product development and operations leading a global manufacturing and engineering organization. Having brought hundreds of products to market quickly and reliably, Matt has spent his entire career in manufacturing. After spending significant time in Asia on supply chain missions, he recognized the critical need for highly-capable US-based contract manufacturers and joined Zentech in May 2006. Matt is married with two adult children and currently resides in Rockville, Maryland. He has a B.S. in Business from the University of Maryland.

Brad LaPray Founder & CEO

Brad LaPray has 25 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing and held engineering and management positions at Boeing, TRW, Webasto and AlliedSignal prior to founding Zentech. Having managed product development teams for Toyota, Nissan, Isuzu, Mazda and Mitsubishi, Brad worked extensively with Japanese manufacturing companies learning the language, customs and manufacturing practices that he later used as the basis for establishing the manufacturing philosophy at Zentech. As a recognized expert in design for manufacturing and quality, Brad played a key role in implementing the Toyota Production System at TRW and Webasto. His experience with Six-Sigma Quality enabled AlliedSignal to improve their process ultimately enabling them to obtain a passing score on their self assessment test for the Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award. Brad is married with four children. He has a B.S. in Engineering from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
