Mike Buseman, President & CEO, joined Zentech in April 2023, and is responsible for the customer experience at Zentech and provides strategic direction for the company. Mike is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in electronics contract manufacturing (Tier 1 EMS sector), component distribution, and the technology sector. Mike holds a MBA from the University of St. Thomas (MN) and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University.

Jason Glass, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for analysis of acquisition opportunities, integration of acquired businesses, managing the financial planning and analysis for the corporation, strategic planning, annual operating plan creation, forecasting and variance analysis. Jason has over twenty years of financial and operational experience in the Tier 1 EMS sector, most recently serving as VP of Finance and Corporate Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).  Prior to EMS, Jason served in several financial roles with Lockheed Martin and Unisys. Jason has a BS in Accounting from the University of Alabama and a Master of Arts from Liberty University.

Waleid Jabai, VP of Technology & Quality, is responsible for Quality and Manufacturing Engineering at Zentech. He has over 15 years experience in manufacturing and prior to joining Zentech had extensive experience in the printed circuit board fabrication industry as a Quality Engineer and Quality Manager. Waleid has a BS in Electronics Engineering Technology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and has been with Zentech since 2004.

Charlene Wright, VP of Finance, is responsible for all Finance and HR functions at Zentech and has been with the company since its inception in 1998. Prior to joining Zentech she spent more than 15 years in public accounting as a CPA. Charlene received her BS in Accounting from University of Baltimore and her MBA from Salisbury State University.

Clint Fleming, Chief Information Security Officer, is responsible for compliance with government and customer regulations and certifications that apply to security and systems operations. Clint brings over 30 years of experience in Engineering Support Services, including PCB Design, Mechanical Design/Modeling, Configuration Control, Design for Manufacturability, and IT. He has been with Zentech since 2006 holding positions of Program Manager, Dir. Engineering Programs and Dir. Supply Chain, as well as managing all business systems and IT related activities.

Tuvia Barak, Senior Advisor and Operating Partner joined Zentech in 2019. He began his career in the high reliability electronics industry 30+ years ago and has since then developed strategic alliances and partnerships with some of the largest aerospace and defense companies. In 1993, Mr. Barak established his own marketing and consulting practice, advising U.S. and international companies on business development, marketing strategies, technology assessment, and mergers and acquisitions in the aerospace and technology fields. Tuvia is a Venture Partner with Lux Capital, and is is a member of the Board of Directors of Skyline Software, WhiteCanyon Software, Weatherbell Analytics, and Toonimo and special advisor to Astra Capital Management, and Heller Industries. His many advisory roles have included The Carlyle Group, Boeing, L-3 Communications, ITT, General Dynamics, AAI/Textron, BAE, DRS, Elbit Systems, United Defense, Rockwell Collins and Raytheon. Tuvia has a M.Sc. in E.E. from the Technion Institute of Technology, Israel.
