Matt Turpin, President & CEO
Matt provides strategic direction for the company and is responsible for enabling success and innovation for its customers through excellence in quality and manufacturing. Matt is a seasoned executive with over 35 years in the electronics industry. An active leader in the industry, has served on a variety of advisory boards including Chairman of the Advanced Technology Taskforce for Maryland (GWDB), Maryland Regional Manufacturing Institute (RMI), the IPC and US Partnership for Assured Electronics. Matt holds a BS in Business from the University of Maryland.

Jason Glass, Chief Financial Officer
Jason is responsible for analysis of acquisition opportunities, integration of acquired businesses, managing the financial planning and analysis for the corporation, strategic planning, annual operating plan creation, forecasting and variance analysis. Jason has over twenty years of financial and operational experience in the Tier 1 EMS sector, most recently serving as VP of Finance and Corporate Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Prior to EMS, Jason served in several financial roles with Lockheed Martin and Unisys. Jason has a BS in Accounting from the University of Alabama and a Master of Arts from Liberty University.
Michael Seltzer, Chief Commercial Officer
Michael is responsible for leading the Go-to-Market team, helping to establish a best in class customer experience and providing market strategies and direction. Michael brings with him a diversified work experience in both the EMS & OEM space. Michael has 35+ years of experience in Aerospace & Defense and high reliability manufacturing in disciplines ranging from Program Management, Operations Management & Supply Chain. . His previous roles include VP of Sales, VP of Sales and Marketing and General Manager among others. Michael has a Technical Degree in Electronic Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Waleid Jabai, Chief Technology Officer
Waleid is responsible for Quality and Manufacturing Engineering at Zentech. He has over 20 years experience in manufacturing and prior to joining Zentech had extensive experience in the printed circuit board fabrication industry as a Quality Engineer and Quality Manager. Waleid has a BS in Electronics Engineering Technology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and has been with Zentech since 2004.
Clint Fleming, VP & General Manager - Baltimore
Clint is responsible for overseeing all operations in Baltimore. Clint brings over 30 years of experience in Engineering Support Services, including PCB Design, Mechanical Design/Modeling, Configuration Control, Design for Manufacturability, and IT. He has been with Zentech since 2006 holding positions of Program Manager, Dir. Engineering Programs and Dir. Supply Chain, as well as managing all business systems and IT related activities.

John Lutostanksi, VP & General Manager - Bloomington
John is responsible for overseeing all operations in Bloomington. John has spent the past 30+ years in the EMS industry with Tri-onics Inc. (IL), Surface Mount Technology Corporation (WI), as well as his own EMS sales representative company. John has held positions that include Administration Mgr., VP Sales, Chief Operating Officer, Customer Development Manager, and President & CEO. John served on the IPC EMS Management Council for well over 20 years and has a well-rounded EMS business acumen. John has a B.S. in Finance from Millikin University in Decatur, IL, and an MBA in Marketing from Webster University in St. Louis, MO.​​
Avis Duncan, VP & General Manager - Dallas
Avis is responsible for overseeing all operations in Dallas. Avis has spent the past 20 years in the electronics manufacturing industry and most recently in private equity. Avis has held positions that include VP of Operations, Engineering Manager, and site VP/GM. Avis has a strong background in finance, and is recognized for his hands-on leadership style and his ability to convert complex challenges into scalable, sustainable solutions. Avis has a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from East Texas A&M. ​​
