The nature of Zentech’s predominately military account base, and the high-reliability assemblies that we manufacture for them as their partner, mandates 100% test for every assembly we deliver in support of our nation’s warfighter. Zentech has invested heavily in its testing capabilities.
Higher Level Assembly (HLA)
Zentech provides full-turnkey manufacturing solutions to our customers and their programs to include electro-mechanical assembly processes. These processes include total unit level/box build operations to facilitate final integration of electronics into chassis and enclosures.

The Zentech engineering department has experienced electro-mechanical designers, electrical design engineers, and test engineers. Unlike the typical electronics contract manufacturer, Zentech maintains a staff of in-house engineering resources.
