Zentech owns and operates state of the art production equipment, featuring the latest equipment technologies for electronics manufacturing. Zentech’s state of the art Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production lines (11 total lines) to produce the highest quality and reliability. With an annual Capital Investment Plan, we are at the forefront of technology advancement.

 

Zentech has implemented many unique process and equipment capabilities including proprietary processes for component under-fill, hot-bar solder/welding, BGA rework, ultrasonic welding, encapsulation molding, and a comprehensive suite of Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) equipment for passive / active / pressurized and deep thermal cycling.
